WOMEN’S MINISTRY
The Women's Ministry at Calvary Salt Lake is designed to follow the teachings in Titus 2 which tells us to teach sound doctrine, live honorable and godly lives, being a good example to one another. We try to accomplish this through Bible Studies, Retreats, Conferences, Luncheons, and many more Outreach Events designed just for women. Our desire is to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of the Word of God, develop life long friendships with one another, and just enjoy life together.
MINISTRY VERSE
But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things - that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. - Titus 2:1-5

ABIDE
A Study of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd John

How can we hold onto assurance of our faith? How can we discern the truth from a lie? How can we know God loves us? In these three short letters, the apostle John reminds an early church facing division, deception, and doubt to hold fast to what they know and to live like they believe it. And he reminds us, as well.
In this 12-session Bible study on the letters of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, John, Jen Wilkin helps you see how two thousand years later, his words call to Christians in similar challenges to recall a great salvation and to abide in the truth.
Note: This study is advertised as a 10-week study. It has 10-weeks of videos. However, we will be building prior knowledge before we start the videos and processing through what we learned after. We will be taking 12-weeks on this study.

It's a wonderful ministry where kids can play and the moms can pray! Our Truth Seekers After-School Program is at the same time for the kids.
