prayer ministry

"We pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God." Colossians 1:10

INTERCESSORY PRAYER EVERY WEDNESDAY EVENING IN THE FAMILY CHAPEL FROM 5:45 TO 6:15 PM ~ HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS DUE TO OUR GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES. Please stay in contact by checking emails and this website to see updates.

As believers, we ought to "pray without ceasing," as Paul said, "be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Please feel free to fill out your prayer requests and praise reports in the form below, as our staff will be praying over them. We will also list prayer requests without names, and those that are not confidential in a list below. Join us as believers in Christ praying together in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews was a sermon for a specific people and culture in the midst of martyrdom and persecution, but is also so relevant for us today, reminding us to continue walking toward Jesus regardless of our culture or our circumstances. Join Lisa as she journeys through this bridge between the Old and New Testaments to get to the heart of the matter: Jesus is our accessible King.

DUE TO THE DIRECTIVES OF THE GOVERNMENT AND PRESIDENT TRUMP, OUR PRAYER CLASS IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. HOWEVER, THIS DOES NOT KEEP US FROM PRAYING INDIVIDUALLY OR MEETING TOGETHER IN EACH OTHER'S HOMES FOR PRAYER.

Prayer is central to our fellowship with God, and our prayer life is directly affected by what we believe about God. All believers are called to pray without ceasing, in every circumstance, and for everything we can think to pray about. Pray specifically, in faith, believing that your prayers will be answered and watch our mighty God  work. "Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men..." 1Ti 2:1

God is loving and powerful. He is able to work against some of the strongest forces of hate in the world. We can imitate God's justice by fighting against these same powers in our own lives. Taking a fresh look at this theme throughout Scripture, these twelve studies show how God wants us to love justice too.

And what does the LORD require of you?

But to do justly, to love mercy,

And to walk humbly with your God!"
